Customer Service Specialist for Healthcare Queries

Cigna Global Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day queries from Cigna's customers while prioritizing exceptional service experiences.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or reception role. You should possess good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Active knowledge of English is essential, with proficiency in Chinese (or French) also desired.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer queries through various communication channels
- Providing timely resolutions and maintaining high-quality standards
- Liaising with other departments to resolve complex queries
