About the Role

Insight Select Limited is recruiting for a Customer Service Delivery Specialist on a permanent basis in Madrid. This role offers an opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, oversee all orders, and liaise with key colleagues to ensure deliveries are made within the agreed-upon timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all customer requests for orders and any enquiries.
  • Process customer orders on the system and collaborate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, including weekly update calls with key accounts.
  • Manage and oversee customer deliveries, keeping customers informed of timelines and taking ownership of challenges.
  • Investigate complaints and provide solutions to prevent future issues.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous experience in a demanding customer service environment, be proficient in MS packages, especially intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Excellent communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers.
