Customer Service Specialist for Package Delivery

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at InPost Iberia. As the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, addressing queries and concerns related to package deliveries.
- Incident Resolution: Collaborate with the maintenance and transport teams to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.
- Process Management: Ensure the correct development of APM processes, including managing new openings and technical incidents.
- Proactive Monitoring: Continuously monitor the locker network and parcel management systems to identify and address potential issues.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service position.
- Education: Higher-level vocational training or a degree in Business Administration and Management (or a related field) is preferred.
- Skills:
- Complaints and conflict management.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Teamwork and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
