We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at JL Talent Partners in Madrid, Spain. This role involves providing exceptional customer service related to banking issues, account opening, access password locks, transfers, and other banking-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage back-office tasks such as responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Offer banking products and services to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Report and follow up on anomalies that arise in the application process.
  • Meet quality standards and sales objectives defined by the entity.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in one of the following languages: German or Dutch.

  • Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
  • Analytical capacity and ability to acquire new knowledge autonomously.
  • Ability to guide customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
  • EU Citizenship or Residence card.
