Healthcare Customer Service Specialist

As a healthcare customer service specialist, you will be at the forefront of guiding customers through the healthcare system, empowering them to make informed decisions about their well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service experiences.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and possess strong knowledge of Microsoft 365. You will be responsible for providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries, adhering to productivity and quality standards, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. We also require active knowledge of English (C1 level or higher) and proficiency in Arabic or French.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, including a base salary of $40,000 and a bonus of $10,000. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, we encourage you to apply.
