Salary: A competitive salary according to the project and responsibility, estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sales, Implementation, Product, and Customer Ops teams, you will work closely with customers to ensure they understand and effectively utilize our SaaS product. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding and training new customers, building strong relationships, providing timely support, advocating for customer needs, and tracking performance metrics to prevent churn.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related field in financial technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.
- Languages: Working proficiency in English & fluent in Spanish.
