The RoleAs a Senior Client Success Manager at Play'N Go, you will be the primary link between our customers and our company. Your key responsibilities will include driving customer performance, maximising revenue through targeted marketing activities, and serving as a primary source of information on company products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive customer performance and maximise revenue through targeted marketing activities
- Work closely with customers to set a roadmap that correlates with our overall business plan
- Track and analyse promotional campaign performance, monitoring key KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Serve as a primary source of information for customers on company products, services, systems, and updates
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Account management experience with detailed knowledge of the online gaming market and slots
- Outstanding communication skills, high attention to detail, and organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise, balance, and work independently
- Strong analysis and decision-making skills, with an understanding of regulatory challenges and complexities
