As a Client Success Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring every client receives exceptional support and achieves their business goals. Your responsibilities will include onboarding clients, demonstrating the value of Gartner services, and fostering engagement with our products.
What You Will Do:
- You'll build and manage relationships with diverse clients across various industries, from senior C-level executives to junior professionals.
- You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless start to valuable engagement for new and existing clients, introducing them to Gartner services and capabilities, and communicating their value to decision-makers.
- You'll facilitate client calls, understand their priorities, and recommend programs of action that drive high value and return on investment on their Gartner membership.

With a competitive salary of $**85,000 - $110,000 per annum**, depending on location, you'll be well-rewarded for your hard work and dedication. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 1-3 years of relevant professional client-facing experience, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, and native-level Japanese language skills. Business-level English is preferred. A growth mindset, proven track record of success, and strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills are also essential.
