**Key Responsibilities**:
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients across various business functions, fostering trust and understanding their priorities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value we deliver to clients.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating the benefits and value to decision-makers.
**What You'll Need**:
• 1-3 years of professional experience in client-facing roles, preferably with native-level Japanese language skills and business-level English proficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
**Compensation**: The estimated salary for this position is approximately $**85,000-$110,000** per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
