The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Sales Business Growth Ambassador to join our team in Spain. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can effectively execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve set revenue goals.
Your Key Responsibilities- B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Iberia, tracking personal sales activities in CRM
- Conducting detailed customer persona research before initial contact
- Organizing product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
- Proactively initiating communication, building rapport, and maintaining active engagement with prospects
- Collecting information and feedback on prospects, guiding them through the qualification process
We provide a competitive salary of €55,000 per year, plus benefits such as remote work options, home office setup budget, high-end laptop, and unlimited health-related time off.
Requirements- 1.5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industry
- Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
- Strong business communication skills in English and Spanish (native)
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques and building fast rapport
- Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
