Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Ambassador to drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our products or services. The ideal candidate will engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
About You
You are a results-driven professional with a talent for closing deals. Your confidence and strategic approach help you win clients and drive revenue. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of business principles, excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
- Demonstrate the value of our products or services through compelling sales presentations and pitches.
- Negotiate terms and overcome objections to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM software.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on closing deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
