About the Role:

Sales Development Representative - Foreign Exchange Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Madrid office. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with Senior Business Development Managers to identify and contact new prospects, determine their requirements, and arrange qualified appointments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo.
  • Work closely with Senior Business Development Managers, Industry leads, and Head of Sales to prospect new and existing contacts.
  • Manage the lead allocation pipeline to the sales team on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness to promote ideal solutions for potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Similar experience in a sales role, ideally accustomed to making outbound calls.
  • Prior experience in Foreign Exchange is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Catalan is required.
  • Financial services experience is ideal.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce is advantageous.
  • A professional telephone manner.
  • A resilient, motivated individual with a tenacious and competitive mindset to succeed.
