Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in finding and engaging new business leads. Using both company-provided lists and their own prospecting skills, the representative will identify opportunities for the estimators to bid on projects. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as the candidate will connect with potential clients through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses in Alabama to generate new leads.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through prospecting and research.
  • Qualify leads and forward them to estimators for bidding.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Voice for day-to-day tasks.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. The compensation package includes benefits and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar role. Additionally, you should possess the ability to prospect and research potential leads independently and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Voice.

Bonus Information: Please note that previous experience working in a remote sales development role and familiarity with business development in the construction or service industries are considered advantageous but not required.
