Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist to join our growing team at Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and pipeline through identifying, developing, and creating new enterprise business opportunities for our Account Executives.
**About the Role:**
The Business Development Representative's main focus is to prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies. You will work closely with our Account Executives to set up qualified meetings, maintain an annual book of business, and be a subject matter expert and evangelist of our Process Intelligence Platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities in new accounts* Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives* Maintain and organize an annual book of business* Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform* Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
**Requirements:**
* A BA/BS from a top university or equivalent* Experience in business development, sales, or related field experience (full-time or relevant internships)* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment* Self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed – a true out-performer* Native English level (or equivalent), ideally with prior knowledge in the UK market
