About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in mid to large enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be on analyzing customer challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and demonstrating the value proposition of Crossbeam's ecosystem-led growth solution.

Key Responsibilities
* Close new business by driving expansion within our enterprise customer segment and contributing to revenue goals
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed business, understanding how your quarterly goals impact the larger company objectives
* Collaborate closely with internal go-to-market teams, including partnerships, sales, and customer success, to understand customer challenges and inspire new use cases
* Partner with cross-functional teams like legal, security, and product to build trust and drive business outcomes
* Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Crossbeam product and articulate its unique value proposition to customers
* Stay up-to-date on new features and use cases to effectively communicate the benefits to customers
* Gain a deep understanding of customers' needs and develop complex deal management skills, leveraging MEDDICC methodologies to drive growth

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong ability to analyze customer challenges, identify opportunities, and develop strategic solutions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. What We Offer
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
