Luxury Sales Ambassador

In Diesel Iberia, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team in Madrid Fuencarral. This is a part-time (20H) opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.
About the RoleAs a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on creating a personalized experience for each client, understanding their needs and preferences, and making tailored recommendations to exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and memorable.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their desires, needs, and expectations, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Manage payment operations, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, ensure the shop floor and display are always tidy and well-organized, and adhere to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to a safe and secure work environment, being attentive to preventing product thefts and taking necessary measures to protect company assets.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of previous experience in sales roles, preferably in luxury fashion or retail environments.
- An excellent understanding of the luxury sector, product sensibilities, and market trends.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- A willingness to grow and develop within the organization, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in a third language considered an asset.
The estimated salary for this role is €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
