Job Title: International Sales Ambassador

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of up to $2000 USD plus commission per month, making it a lucrative opportunity for skilled professionals.

The estimated annual salary would be around $24,000 USD, depending on performance and sales goals.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage inbound sales inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and close sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong phone and email communication skills, as well as a proven ability to move leads through the sales funnel.

This role also involves handling customer service issues requiring high-level finesse and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fielding inbound sales inquiries through phone, email, and RFQs, qualifying and prioritizing leads.
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right products, creating delivery plans, and closing sales, including taking payments.
  • Handling customer service issues requiring high-level communication skills.
  • Working towards developing new enterprise customer relationships and expanding sales channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in over-the-phone and email sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of responsiveness.
  • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Gsuite (commercial Gmail), Hiver (shared inbox overlay in Gsuite) and storefront (BigCommerce).
