LucaNet is a dynamic international FinTech company seeking a highly motivated Sales Ambassador for FinTech Expansion to join our team. As a key driver in expanding our presence in the markets, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team's success.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves being both a business developer and brand ambassador. Your primary responsibility will be to identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold-calling, emailing, and social selling. You will also qualify inbound leads, build relationships with stakeholders up to C-level executives, and connect them to a salesperson for further engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and qualifying leads to drive sales growth
  • Building relationships with high-value stakeholders and identifying their needs and interests
  • Passing on solid leads to sales personnel and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls
  • Working closely with sales executives to ensure alignment with company goals and targets
  • Hybrid working from our Madrid office covering the Benelux market
Your Background

We are looking for an individual who has completed studies and/or gained experience in a fast-paced environment. A real people person, you must possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and exude trust and reliability. You should be tech-savvy, ready to understand our CPM platform, and committed to offering customers real added value.

Requirements:
  • Completed studies or relevant experience in sales, inside sales, or sales development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly committed, responsive, and target-driven
  • Tech-savviness and ability to understand our CPM platform
  • Business fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
