Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Madrid. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to our customers, providing guidance on MongoDB best practices and overall technology strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a main point of contact for MongoDB end users, leveraging technical and account management skills to drive customer success
  • Becoming a link between our customers and product engineering to develop innovative solutions
  • De-escalating and resolving critical customer issues and complaints by finding the best possible solution for both the customer and MongoDB
  • Building and executing account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth across customer portfolios

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similarly customer-centric field
  • 6+ years of experience working within or supporting large enterprises
  • A background and passion for advocating on behalf of customers, with a strong ability to act autonomously and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships and delivering value to technical decision makers, economic buyers, and executives (CTO, CIO)

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
