Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager to join our team in EMEA, responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our solutions by large enterprise and strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects & Support Engineers to maximize opportunities for our clients.
- Nurture relationships across multiple client accounts, identifying gaps in product and internal operations and building effective solutions.
- Onboard new customers in the assigned territory, designing success strategies throughout their lifecycle.
- Track and report on customer health, gathering insights to feedback to Product Development teams.
- Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs, monitoring recordkeeping to capture relevant customer information.
- Develop and execute programs for ongoing customer development, identifying potential references and assisting with case studies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-6 years of experience in a cybersecurity technical account manager, customer success manager, sales engineer, technical support, or related customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.
- 3+ years of experience working with C-level Executives.
- Aptitude and drive to develop and maintain an understanding of Semperis solutions and related Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
