Amadeus is a leading technology company that enables the travel industry to deliver world-class customer experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Solutions Senior Analyst to join our team in Amadeus.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

**Job Description:**

The GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Solutions Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in defining, building, delivering, and maintaining Risk Management applications aligned with Amadeus' business strategy. This individual will enable Amadeus' DTS area (Digital and Transformation Services) to improve overall business performance by implementing Corporate solutions (Archer IRM/SAP GRC) to automate processes. The ideal candidate will understand internal customers' requirements, propose solutions that support their needs, and maintain standard and integrated processes and tools. Key responsibilities include:

  • Automated Solution Identification: Propose system solutions based on high-level business requirements.
  • Functional Design: Collect and review detailed business specifications with internal teams (Finance, CISO, Legal, and DTS) for GRC functions.
  • Solution Construction, Delivery, Maintenance, and Support: Prepare technical requirements with the technical team and support the development team during software implementation.
  • Release Management: Identify and analyze potential improvements for each release.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

An educational background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is required. A proven knowledge of Archer IRM in an admin role is also necessary. Between 3-5 years of experience in implementing Archer IRM solution across multiple functional modules, including integrations with other systems using the Archer Data Feed Manager or API functionality, is preferred.
