GRC Solutions Senior Analyst

The role of the GRC Solutions Senior Analyst at Amadeus involves defining, building, delivering, and maintaining Risk Management applications in alignment with the company's business strategy.
This position will enable Amadeus' DTS area to improve overall business performance by implementing Corporate solutions (Archer IRM/SAP GRC) to enable process automation.
The ideal candidate will understand the requirements of internal customers, proposing solutions that support their needs while keeping processes and tools as standard and integrated as possible.
This involves delivering the agreed solution (as per initial scope, timing, and cost), maintaining, and evolving the deployed solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automated Solution Identification: Propose system solutions based on high-level business requirements.
- Functional Design: Collect and review detailed business specifications with internal teams (Finance, CISO, Legal, and DTS) for GRC functions.
- Solution Construction, Delivery, Maintenance, and Support: Prepare technical requirements with the technical team and support the development team during software implementation.
- Release Management: Identify and analyze potential improvements for each release.
About the Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
They will have proven knowledge of Archer IRM in an admin role and between 3-5 years of experience implementing Archer IRM solution across multiple functional modules, including integrations with other systems using the Archer Data Feed Manager or API functionality.
They will also have strong understanding of GRC principles and processes, excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and experience in managing timelines and ensuring accuracy and agility in development cycles.
