**Job Title:** Enterprise Sales Strategist for Healthcare Informatics

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Strategist to drive sales growth in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our Enterprise Informatics portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new customer acquisition opportunities across various customer accounts
  • Develop and execute account strategy to meet sales targets and Philips business objectives
  • Collaborate with Specialists and Business Unit leaders during critical phases of the sales process
  • Establish meaningful customer partnerships and engage with clinical stakeholders to C-suite
  • Develop tailored talk tracks to demonstrate the value of our EI portfolio with high-potential new accounts
  • Partner with Sales Specialists to provide customers with deep product expertise during the sales cycle
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms
  • Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene to enable effective reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets
  • Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration
  • Deep customer-orientation and ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision-makers in the local market
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to various customer profiles
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
