Job Summary
We seek an Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our growing sales force for Convene and Convene ESG. This role demands significant interaction with clients, partners, and Azeus personnel, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and engage mid-level to C-suite directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop day-to-day sales execution strategies, including marketing requirements, to drive business growth.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, or referrals, establishing contact with businesses interested in our products or services.
  • Manage sales activities: build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, present services through product demonstrations, bidding preparation, and close business deals.
  • Provide follow-up customer training and product implementation support.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to establish connections and promote our offerings.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, updating CRM systems, tracking leads, managing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Regularly update Senior Management on sales leads and progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of B2B Sales experience; IT knowledge not required.
  • Evaluation of additional expertise in ESG, Digital Products, and SaaS can be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and engage senior-level executives.
  • Able to work in a cross-cultural environment with a global perspective.
  • Thai native speaker with fluent English language proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is approximately $60,000 - $90,000, complemented by a performance-based commission structure and 100% remote work arrangement.
