We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Strategist to join our team at Ardoq. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, driving growth and retention through strategic planning and execution.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our existing Enterprise customers, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and developing a growth strategy to meet retention and growth targets.

You will work closely with our Customer Success Management team to ensure adoption of the Ardoq platform and realize the value our customers have planned to achieve. Your experience working directly with CIO and CTO's will be invaluable in this role, as you will be working with the most senior stakeholders in an organization.

We are looking for a commercially motivated professional with 10 years of experience within a SaaS provider, who has a proven track record of achieving sales targets in an account management/revenue expansion role with complex Enterprise organizations.

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing a customer governance structure to help our customers get the most from their Ardoq investment. If you have previous leadership experience and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary of $136,000 - $166,000 gross per year, plus a range of benefits including flexible and hybrid working, vacation that models Norwegian culture, and access to comprehensive benefits with multiple coverage options.
