About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Growth Strategist to join our US office and drive growth across our key enterprise customers.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, creating new pipeline opportunities, and securing renewals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies across your accounts to meet retention and growth targets
  • Orchestrating a global team to develop demand generation strategies
  • Capturing all information and metrics in our CRM system

Delivering results-driven sales performance, you will work closely with our Customer Success Management team to ensure adoption of our platform and drive customer retention.

We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in a SaaS provider, achieving sales targets in an account management/revenue expansion role with complex enterprise organizations.

Previous leadership experience is a bonus, as this role involves virtual leadership across the company.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs, to drive growth and success.
