About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team at Eni in Madrid, Spain.

As a key member of our IT & Communication department, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital business through effective digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to engage customers and drive conversions
  • Manage digital media budgets and coordinate with agencies, media partners, and comparison sites
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
  • Degree in economics, engineering, or marketing
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of digital retail and retail media practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Native Spanish and fluency in English
