">Job Summary:
">We're seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for inquiries and feedback.
">- Drive Revenue Growth: Own revenue objectives for assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
">- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Operations Managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and address client needs.
">- Oversee Solution Delivery: Monitor solution delivery to meet or exceed client expectations and proactively address any implementation challenges.
">- Utilize Resources Effectively: Utilize SoftwareONE's resources effectively and engage with technical experts and other teams to support client requirements.
">- Identify Expansion Opportunities: Assess client accounts for expansion opportunities and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving needs.
">- Track Key Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics related to revenue, client satisfaction, and account growth, preparing regular reports for internal stakeholders.
">Requirements:
">- Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
">- Excellent Negotiation Abilities: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
">- Sales Process Expertise: In-depth understanding of the sales process and a customer-centric approach.
">- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
">- B2 Level Proficiency in English: Collaborative team player with adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
">- Minimum 5 Years Relevant Sales Experience: B2 Level proficiency in English. Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience in volume licensing, software, and cloud solutions.
">Compensation and Benefits:
">The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
