About the Role

As a vital member of our sales team, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, driving growth and establishing lasting client relationships. Your role will directly contribute to the expansion and success of our dynamic organization.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate objectives.
  • Engage with clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. You should have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the localization industry.
