About the Role: Gartner Careers is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join their high-performing team. As an Account Executive, you will partner with existing clients and C-Level stakeholders within Large Enterprise organizations to address their most critical priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to leverage strategic account relationships.
• Identify opportunities for account retention and growth through contract expansion, introducing new services and products.
• Engage with C-Level stakeholders to develop and implement effective, enterprise-wide strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guide customer satisfaction, account retention, and growth.
• Forecast and plan on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis for large enterprise accounts.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years' B2B sales experience in Technology, SaaS, services, or consultative environments.
• Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets in business development/new business environments.
• Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
• Ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process.
• Willingness to conduct EMEA-wide travel.
Career Advancement: Progression within Account Executive Roles includes Senior Account Executive, Team Lead, and Sales Manager. Monthly review sessions with managers focus on individual progression goals and achievable benchmarks.
