About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team in Spain. As an Enterprise Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue in the Andalusian territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of selected accounts to achieve incremental revenue targets
  • Owning C-Suite relationships and serving as the lead point of contact for all business development matters
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers to drive overall Medtronic Portfolio targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate required business revenue
  • Grow collaborative and synergistic relationships across the Medtronic Portfolio
  • Seek out new opportunities to drive business growth and revenue

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or business leadership in the medical devices sector
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Economics, or Marketing (bachelor's degree minimum)
  • Demonstrated skills and competencies to operate in a sales leadership role
  • A proven and successful sales record
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of industry trends, developments, and market conditions
  • Understanding of healthcare system requirements

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
