**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Red Hat in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our presence in key enterprise accounts in Iberia.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Working closely with account solutions architects and sales specialists to identify new opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Gaining the trust of senior IT and business executives in key accounts and building long-term partnerships
  • Developing new strategies for our offerings within key accounts to establish proofs of concepts and pilot implementations

**What We're Looking For:**

  • A proven track record of selling software solutions with 8+ years of experience in field sales focused on strategic enterprise accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish
  • Solutions sales mentality with the ability to work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams
