About the Role

BMC Software is looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Germany. As an Associate Product Account Manager, you will drive market demand into some of the most prestigious enterprise customers and new logo accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible as a primary quota carrier for driving new business within our growth enterprise accounts, working with the Sales Teams in Germany (based out of Madrid/Spain) to build an effective pipeline and execute a value selling process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers and prospects throughout the full sales cycle, supported by top talented teams dedicated to BMC's strategy: Customer centricity.
  • Develop pipeline generation plans, account strategies, relationship mapping, manage the opportunity pipeline, and generate investment plans to drive sales within assigned enterprise-level accounts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the German market and enterprise-level sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Competitive salary range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (min), €70,000 - €100,000 per annum (mid-point), €80,000 - €120,000 per annum (max).
