About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our business accounts through expanding client relationships, developing solutions to existing accounts, and prospecting with non-users of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate our technology, brand, and global market leadership to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams
  • Proactively manage the nominated Partner base to close revenue
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements

  • High level of English and almost native level of German
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle
  • Consistent track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals
  • Professional knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions
  • Aptitude for account mapping and using online tools and resources to conduct research and due diligence
