Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Growth Manager to lead our Inside Sales Representative (ISR) segment. In this role, you'll develop and execute growth strategies, create a performance-driven culture, and foster a target prospecting plan. Your goal will be to drive ISR productivity, day-to-day operations, and monitor progress towards pipeline generation.

Main Responsibilities
- Design and execute long-term predictable pipeline generation plans
- Create and maintain a performance-driven culture where ISRs strive for excellence
- Develop and manage new reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com to track team performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive effective campaigns with clear success metrics
- Report quantifiable individual and team results and metrics to the Sales Leadership team weekly
- Provide direct support to Area Vice President MM

What You'll Bring
- Proven successful management of Inside Sales/Account Development teams or comparable experience
- Experience in a solution selling environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Salesforce.com experience required
- Experience building highly effective and efficient prospecting campaigns
- Experience selling enterprise cloud applications

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Our compensation package is designed to attract top talent and reward high performers.
