As an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our RUCKUS field sales teams and management to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS's business and position our solutions for new business to end users.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

• Energetically interact with field sales and our ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and lead them to successful completion.

• Apply new business/project publications to qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem.

• Utilize RUCKUS' internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc. to meet customer expectations.

• Handle business opportunities and use CRM for account planning.

• Implement the RUCKUS Sales Methodology and champion its adoption within the team.

• Identify new fields of play and opportunities that position RUCKUS as the lead solution of choice.

• Follow up on inbound leads generated by external tools and implement call out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients.

• Overcome objections from prospective customers and develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential ones.

• Maintain and grow our database via SFDC and ensure follow-up with calls to action, dates, and complete profiles of information.

• Convert inbound calls into sales leads.

**Requirements**

We're looking for individuals with a completed bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience. Fluency in Dutch is a must. Additionally, strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Innovation, self-motivation, and a willingness to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings are also desired traits.

**Estimated Salary:** €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
