Remote Large Commercial Account Manager
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Manager Lead to join our team at Talent Bridge Group, Llc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing and renewing insurance accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of assigned accounts, including ensuring timely placement or renewal of necessary coverages in accordance with PIA renewal practices.
- Maintain direct communication with clients and collaborate with Sales Executives on assigned accounts for renewal, rounding, or cross-selling.
- Direct interaction with Sales Agents, Marketing Managers, and Technical Assistants on account renewal, rounding, and cross-selling.
- Provide oversight to Technical Assistants working on behalf of assigned clients.
- Cross-sell and/or refer prospects and clients to the appropriate departments for additional lines of insurance and rounding of accounts.
- Coordinate change requests and modify policies as needed or requested.
- Manage the underwriting process, including marketing, rating, proposal preparation, applications, forms, and required documents to ensure successful sale and/or renewal of accounts or additional lines of coverage.
- Record, report, and service assigned client claims and losses, or refer clients to the Claims department.
- Request and research reports and information relevant to placing new and/or renewal business.
- Regularly review exception and aged receivable reports for accuracy and correct if necessary.
- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
- 3 to 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Active 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License
- EPIC experience a plus
- LARGE account experience a must
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
