Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lead to join our team at Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consult. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our business with existing customers and identifying new markets and customers in the food industry in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5 professionals in the elaboration and implementation of a commercial policy, business analysis by industry/territory, and delivery of a commercial strategy.
  • Maintain relationships with industrial food customers in Spain and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Monitor targets by industry/territory, elaborate annual budgets, and lead Product Managers and Sales Teams.
  • Act as Product Manager for various product ranges and/or suppliers, taking responsibility for relationships and purchases.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Food Technology or a similar field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience as a Team Leader, preferably in the food ingredients industry.
  • Negotiation and leadership skills, as well as commercial acumen.
Benefits
