Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to take ownership of key Train Operating Company accounts. As the primary interface between clients and Trainline, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of service and products as defined, working closely with Service Delivery, Project Management, Product, and other teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking full day-to-day commercial ownership for several Train Operating Company accounts
- Holding ultimate responsibility for ensuring the service and product as defined is delivered to the customer
- Owning effective relationships at all levels up to C-suite within the client business and Trainline
- Managing escalations and BAU requests from the clients
- Supporting clients in gaining appropriate prioritisation for their projects within the Trainline Partner Solutions roadmap
This role sits within Trainline Partner Solutions (TPS), our B2B arm providing industry-leading rail and technology solutions. You will report into the Head of Commercial UK Carrier and require regular interaction with both the General Manager and Vice President of Trainline Partner Solutions.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels. A strong understanding of the rail industry and commercial operations is essential, as well as experience in managing complex client relationships and projects.
LocationThis role will be based out of our Head Office in Chancery Lane, Central London, with occasional external meetings and travel across the UK.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
