Commercial Airline Account Manager for Southern Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Airline Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As Trip.com Group continues to experience business growth in the Southern European region, this is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement commercial strategies that enhance growth and market share across Spain.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Airline Director and be responsible for overseeing airline initiatives and strategic projects that establish Trip.com as a premier OTA partner in the area. This involves managing relationships between Trip.com and its airline partners, building new partnerships, and growing local Spanish market sales through the Trip.com direct channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and market share in Spain
- Manage relationships with airline partners to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize revenue opportunities
- Build new partnerships with local, regional, and global airline partners to expand Trip.com's presence in the Spanish market
- Work closely with internal teams to create long-term growth in the local market
- Design and execute short-, mid-, and long-term market strategies to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proficient in Spanish and English
- Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with key partners
- Ability to work autonomously and lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data to inform commercial decisions
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable blazing new paths and defining innovative solutions
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
