The Role
As Trip.com continues to experience business growth within the Southern European region, we are seeking a driven and commercially savvy Airline Account Manager to join our team in Spain. Reporting to the Airline Director, you will be tasked with developing and implementing the airline commercial strategy aimed at enhancing growth and market share across Spain as a key market. This position involves overseeing airline initiatives and strategic projects that establish Trip.com as a premier OTA partner in the area.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the relationships between Trip.com and its Airline partners in the Spanish Market.
- Build new partnerships by contracting local, regional and global airline partners.
- Collaborate with teams in France and Italy as well as across the European region to achieve long-term growth in the local market.
- Participate in national and international tradeshows where relevant.
- Design and execute on the short, mid and long-term market strategy.
- Work with internal teams to ensure we have the most competitive content available in the local market and work with them on special promotions and creative sales initiatives.
- Provide market insight and offer recommendations on how to improve the business and achieve the Trip.com long-term goals and objectives.

Requirements
- Proficient in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

What You'll Need to Succeed
This role will be home-based in Madrid, Spain, and requires a strong understanding of the Spanish market and airline industry.
