Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Account Manager at Resource Group - Training, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless account operations, and driving business growth. Key duties include:

  • Issuing contracts and creating new starter forms as needed.
  • Liaising with airlines, external agencies, and providers to resolve account management issues.
  • Preparing payrolls, social security documents, and tax forms.
  • Staying up-to-date with labor regulations in Spain and implementing exemptions.
  • Supporting the Office Manager in maintaining office functionality and ensuring compliance with non-conformities.
  • Handling the full employment cycle under supervision.
  • Reviewing documentation and sending contractor reports as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential needs among the client network.
  • Receiving new requests from clients and gathering relevant information.
  • Liaising with the administrator to standardize successful candidates' CVs.
  • Supporting sales efforts to achieve the annual budget.
  • Ensuring adherence to human resource, health, and safety procedures in Spain or other countries.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • At least 3 years of working experience, ideally in account management.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the Aviation & Aerospace industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
