Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Organon. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key health private customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales objectives for assigned health private accounts by leveraging relationships to further penetration in existing accounts and prospecting for new health private customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of health private customer organizations and networks to develop relationship maps.
- Formulate comprehensive and insightful key accounts plans to build, manage and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and ensure sales opportunities through customer impacts on key accounts.
- Support and collaborate with other Business Units to gain product access in key private accounts.
- Prioritize and manage accounts by assessing appropriate business opportunities through contacts with key decision makers and important local players.
- Make changes as needed from new business opportunities and changes in the marketplace to achieve financial objectives.
- Competitive intelligence to analyze environment, territory sales and competitors.
- Perform local marketing and sales analyses and gain patient flow insights.
- Track and communicate KPIs and performance metrics as defined in the account plan.
- Develop relationships always under compliance.
- Identify and raise relevant issues and propose potential solutions through the appropriate internal and external channels.
Requirements
- University degree
- MBA / Postgraduate highly valuable
Experience Required:
- 3 years in Marketing & Sales in Health/Pharmaceutical environment
- 2 years' experience in account management
Skills:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Strategic Account Planning: Identifying growth opportunities within customer accounts.
- Communication and Negotiation: Effective communication and negotiation skills. - Strong negotiation skills
