Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Organon. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key health private customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales objectives for assigned health private accounts by leveraging relationships to further penetration in existing accounts and prospecting for new health private customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of health private customer organizations and networks to develop relationship maps.
  • Formulate comprehensive and insightful key accounts plans to build, manage and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and ensure sales opportunities through customer impacts on key accounts.
  • Support and collaborate with other Business Units to gain product access in key private accounts.
  • Prioritize and manage accounts by assessing appropriate business opportunities through contacts with key decision makers and important local players.
  • Make changes as needed from new business opportunities and changes in the marketplace to achieve financial objectives.
  • Competitive intelligence to analyze environment, territory sales and competitors.
  • Perform local marketing and sales analyses and gain patient flow insights.
  • Track and communicate KPIs and performance metrics as defined in the account plan.
  • Develop relationships always under compliance.
  • Identify and raise relevant issues and propose potential solutions through the appropriate internal and external channels.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • MBA / Postgraduate highly valuable

Experience Required:

  • 3 years in Marketing & Sales in Health/Pharmaceutical environment
  • 2 years' experience in account management

  • Strategic Account Planning: Identifying growth opportunities within customer accounts.
