Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to take your account management skills to the next level and drive growth for our clients. As a Senior Commercial Property Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and identifying new business opportunities.

You'll have a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market and be able to provide expert advice to our clients. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
  • Provide expert advice on commercial real estate matters
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, real estate)
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
