Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our On-Premise team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the On-Premise sector, driving sales growth, and delivering consumer activations that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key On-Premise accounts, developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales and Trade Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to create win-win situations and deliver exceptional results.
  • Prospect new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to expand Red Bull's presence in the On-Premise market.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in account management, with a proven track record of success in the On-Premise sector.
  • Experience in field sales, managing agreements with major groups, and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
  • University degree in Sales and Marketing or related field, with fluency in English.
  • Creative, analytical, and challenging personality, with strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
