**Salary:** An estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to lead the introduction of our products into the Greek market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales, developing the distribution network, training resellers and customers' teams, and interpreting our product offering to the Greek market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following and adhering to our company core values;
- Identifying potential customers and partners, introducing us and our product range, and establishing relationships in the territory;
- Coordinating activities with local partners to promote our products;
- Providing sales training to resellers and customers' teams and product training to local installation teams;
- Management of all sales aspects of our trading in the territory, ultimately responsible for the relationship between us and our customers;
- Achievement of the sales budget;
- Contact and networking with interest groups, associations, and architects;
- Establishing a network of screen dealers;
- Ensuring our ERP system has correct customer information, discount structure, order status, warranty, and any other relevant information;
- Reviewing our offering to the market and working with Sales and General Manager to adjust it to meet Greek markets demand;
- Following up any warranty claims with factory and customer representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and promote our brand.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- An accomplished sales executive with outstanding negotiation and people skills;
- A background in manufacturing (preferably to the building industry) in a business-to-business capacity;
- Extensive experience increasing sales and creating value;
- Tertiary qualifications and experience working with senior leadership;
- Minimum of 10 years experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
