Empresa Reconocida is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager.

This role involves managing key client accounts, building strong relationships, and overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of events.

Responsibilities:

* Develop long-term relationships with clients, contributing to their business growth and promotion.
* Partner with clients, providing strategic insights and generating actionable recommendations for achieving business goals.
* Manage and develop team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs, plan, and present creative solutions to enhance business outcomes.
* Ensure the seamless execution of projects that align with client objectives and organizational goals.

Requirements & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (significant experience may be considered as a substitute).
* 3-5 years of proven experience in client account management, including familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures within a service environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver exceptional results.
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to build trust with clients. The salary for this position is approximately $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
