About the Role:

The Customer Development Manager (CDM) position is crucial in building strategic relationships with our Consumer Sell-Through Channel Partners across Spain. As a CDM, you will drive sales excellence and achieve shared business goals by developing strategies to increase units sold and net sales.

You will be responsible for enhancing Goodyear's share of business and customer potential through strategic account management and value creation. This role requires a deep understanding of the customer's business, strategy, and objectives, as well as the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Strategic Plans: Create and manage joint business plans, setting clear goals, metrics, and targets.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Deeply understand the customer's business and build trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identifying Opportunities: Identify opportunities to enhance Goodyear's share of business and customer potential.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Organize and lead multi-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise and insights.
  • Driving Sales Excellence: Ensure timely execution of partnership plans and adapt to changes to achieve partnership goals.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
