Deepki is a leading provider of ESG solutions for the real estate industry, dedicated to accelerating the transition towards net zero and sustainability. The company is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Growth Specialist to join its team in Paris or London.

Job Description

The Key Account Growth Specialist will play a crucial role in developing Deepki's global customer portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Selecting target accounts and identifying opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives;
  • Researching relevant contacts and teams at these accounts and initiating new conversations using email, calls, and social outreach;
  • Booking outbound meetings using different prospecting approaches involving cold calls, emails, and social outreach;
  • Generating sales opportunities for Account Executives within a specific set of target accounts through proactive outbound business development activities;
  • Maintaining, organizing, and owning administrative tasks in Salesforce;
  • Contacting prospects and guests before and after web conferences, events, and webinars;
  • Participating in trade shows and representing the company.

As a Key Account Growth Specialist, your impact on Deepki's growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increasing ARR through Deepki, while growing the company's customer portfolio.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in BDR/SDR/ADR/Inside Sales or Sales role within SaaS/Software environments;
  • A belief in Deepki's values – Impact / Customer satisfaction / Benevolence and goodwill / Freedom and responsibility;
  • Self-discipline and motivation to over-achieve your goals;
  • A team player with a sales and solution-focused mindset;
  • The ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs;
  • Confidence in communicating over the phone, email, and LinkedIn with senior stakeholders and C-level executives;
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or Hubspot and/or another CRM;
  • Excellent proficiency in English; another European language would be beneficial.

Bonus Requirements

Prior experience with Enterprise accounts, Real Estate and/or ESG, and hyper-growth environments are advantageous but not necessary.
