About the Role

Sr. Director, Global Key Account Sales is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving commercial growth across assigned global key accounts. This role will lead the strategy, sales, growth, customer satisfaction, and commercial profit delivery within the assigned global key account. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategy for the account, prioritizing global leverage opportunities, and meeting budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy and aspiration for the assigned global key account.
  • Oversee development and management of account plans for the global key account.
  • Establish strong customer relationships and deliver value propositions, brand loyalty, and value for customers.
  • Define customer satisfaction KPIs for global key account.
  • Partner closely with commercial teams in each region to develop and put into action a cohesive approach to the market.
  • Achieve sales, growth, and contribution objectives.

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of the competitive environment, trends, products, technologies, regulations, and competitors.
  • Ability to facilitate integrated/cross business decisions on sales and marketing.
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide teams.
